Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 30, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SounnyForms, a web form processing service and API infrastructure (sounny.com). By registering an account, submitting forms, or integrating our endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SounnyForms provides serverless form backend endpoints, anti-spam filtering, instant email notification pipelines, file storage integrations, MCP / AI agent protocols, and an authenticated management dashboard.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use SounnyForms strictly for lawful business, educational, or personal communication purposes. You strictly agree NOT to use the service to:
- Collect or harvest user passwords, credit card numbers, or sensitive government identification numbers without compliant authorized authorization.
- Distribute phishing attacks, malware, deceptive links, or unauthorized bulk spam.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately flood our API endpoints.
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content through form file attachment fields.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension of API access and permanent termination of the offending account without refund.
3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
SounnyForms provides both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Tier ($0/mo): Includes 10 submissions per month, 1 active form, and preview inbox functionality. Zero credit card required.
- Starter ($4/mo): Includes 1,000 submissions per month, unlimited active forms, anti-spam filters, and real-time dashboard alerts.
- Pro ($19/mo) & Agency ($49/mo): Advanced tiers with file attachments, webhooks, and white-labeling features as available.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing & Membership portal, after which your account will revert to the Free Tier at the conclusion of the paid billing period.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all form submission data, lead information, and files collected through your endpoints. SounnyForms claims no ownership over your submissions.
5. Service Level & Warranties
SounnyForms is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% high-availability infrastructure powered by Google Cloud Platform, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. SounnyForms is not liable for delayed notifications resulting from third-party email provider outages or internet routing failures.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SounnyForms or its founder Dr. Moulay Anwar Sounny-Slitine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
