Welcome to SounnyForms (sounny.com). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our account holders, web developers, and end-user form submitters.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two main categories:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Authentication or manage your subscription, we receive your name, email address, profile avatar, and Stripe billing identifier. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; payments are processed directly by Stripe.
• Form Submission Data: When users submit an HTML form routed through our endpoints (forms.sounny.com/f/{email}), we collect the submitter's payload fields (such as name, email, phone, comments, and file attachments), timestamp, submitter IP address, and browser User-Agent for spam defense and velocity verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process data strictly to provide and maintain our form backend services:

• Delivering instant email notifications to form owners via verified Google OAuth2 transmission.
• Populating the real-time client inbox and exportable lead records in the SounnyForms Dashboard.
• Detecting and filtering automated bot submissions, malicious payloads, and honeypot triggers.
• Managing subscription plans, billing cycle allocations, and quota enforcement.

Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your customer data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not train generative AI models on your private form submissions.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your submission records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). File attachments are securely stored in Google Cloud Storage with time-limited signed access tokens. Access controls and security rules restrict data visibility exclusively to the authenticated account owner.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Cloud database hosting, serverless edge functions, and authentication.
• Stripe: Payment processing and invoice management.
• Google Mail (Gmail API / OAuth2): Direct email transmission for form alerts.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You may delete individual submissions directly from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to close your account and delete all associated form schemas, logs, and attachments, contact us at forms@sounny.com and all records will be permanently purged within 30 days.
